My
name is Luis Tiburcio. 47 years old. I work with UNESCO since 1982
on development cooperation issues in the fields of education and culture.
Have been working for many years in Africa and also Latin America.
From
1994 to 1998 I lived in Mozambique and there I started painting. In
early 1998, I paint 'furiously', I mean, I can not wait the moment
to display colours on a canvas to sort out emotions, passions, screems,
still bathing on the light of the sun and shadows in Africa. Now I
live in Paris and was invited to have my first exhibition, next May.
But I return to Africa (Zimbabwe, South Africa), quite often, to charge
my eyes....and my heart.
But
I am an autodidact, unable to judge or appraise my painting.
