 I
am a 38 year old, male artist specializing in pen work. I use stippling,
filling, etc. in my work depticting spiritual imagery. These non-verbal,
mental images are formed in response to a variety of life experiences.
Existing in imagination, they are a source of inspiration and visual
delight.
The
image, after the initial perception, undergoes transformations before
and during the execution. Instinctively, the artist acts like a medium
through whom the image flows.
I
was attracted towards the abstract work in my childhood and have persued
the interest since then. Though trained as a physicist, I always found
art a compelling means of self expression. I live and work in Mumbai,
India.
