Inside, an enclosed spine containing the kitchen and bathroom separates sleeping lofts from work spaces at the ground level, while a stairway-bridge reconnects them overhead. The open interior accommodates not only a garage but also the production and exhibition of oversized artwork, a continuation of the dialogue between artist and architect.
