I think most painters should paint and not write, as we often don't handle words well. I don't think my art is profound; only pleasing to do, and others also seem to enjoy it as well. I started painting realistically in watercolors, acrylics and oils, and moved on to impressionism. Now I vacillate between that and abstractions. I'm beginning to explore the world of Yupo paper, and transparent inks and dyes. Should be interesting.
